Fully trained staff to attend to hygienic care of the deceased in our modern mortuary facilities, together with dressing, hairstyling and any other necessary preparation.

Compliance with all State and local regulations in regard to burial and cremation, with particular attention to industry standards and Occupational Health and Safety policies.

Co-ordinating arrangements with the State Coroner (when a post-mortem is required); attending to all transport arrangements of the deceased and maintaining contact with the family of the deceased to advise on the coronial process.

Liaising with clergy in arranging funeral ceremonies, or provision of our celebrant services with civil ceremonies.

Preparing and presentation of eulogies for the funeral ceremony as required.

Liaising with musicians and vocalists as needed.

Notifying organisations or clubs of the death.

Advising Centrelink of the death as needed.

Contacting cemeteries, as needed, to organise all burial requirements, and provision of our staff and equipment to prepare the grave site for the ceremony, on the day of the funeral, ensuring all safety standards are complied with.

Completing all documents required by the Register of Births Deaths & Marriages, including obtaining medical certificates, cremation certificates and permits.

Preparation and insertion of press notices.

Liaising with florist in regard to floral arrangements and tributes and collections of tributes prior to the funeral.
